The Adult Dogs Need a Home!

The lovely Linda wrote this up about our adult pups that are available for adoption - Azula, Thea/Chili, Sheba, and Bailey. It tells a little of their story and we’re hoping to find their people!

We are the forgotten ones. Long term foster/boarders The ones that have been failed by humans time and time again. We are all spayed/ neutered UTD on shots.

Azula and Chili are mommas whose pups are all adopted living their best lives. Mommas deserve that too. Chili is in foster care, and has been for some time.

Bailey was a complete adopter fail. Adopter rarely answered messages regarding his progress.. he was a puppy, of course he’s great .… for 2 years. until a concerned friend contacted us .. Never vetted, trained or taught manners.

We took him back Sheba found herself in a hoarding situation in PGH after being “rescued ” off the street, they said she was kept in a small bathroom or in basement. Never allowed to be a puppy.. at 10 mos old we brought her in. So much energy. With time and patience she will be the best cuddle bug.

Please look beyond the puppies. They grow up and have a chance from the minute we process applications. These 4 souls will blossom in the right home, with people who actually want to love them and coach them to be the best version of themselves, who really do appreciate a true rescue dog. They are living life in a wonderful boarding facility, who are really great with all of them.. Azula is the “people greeter” but we ALL know, there’s no place like HOME.
