Oshi - Diagnosed w/ Megaesophagus

After having a barium X-ray and consult for 2nd opinion, OSHI does, in fact have megaesophagus - surgery isn’t an option. There is no peristalsis happening with her, so current fosters (who are falling in love with this amazingly sweet girl) and the resident dogs will take the best care of her at the Fink Foster Home, until we find an adopter or medical foster.

Today’s visit was $588 and we will be looking to buy a Bailey Chair for feedings. Any donation big or small is always appreciated.

Thank you Lori for always going above and beyond for dogs you commit to, Christine for fostering her first, Melissa and Linz Marie for calling in donations of the pricey food.. Marina and Dave for always helping and as always, thank you to all of our supporters! It’s so hard when you have a bad outcome for one.. but for the many we help, the heartbreak is worth enduring.
